Saturday MCNA/YMj Sessions

Muslim Children of North America (MCNA) is a pioneering national children’s organization that caters to the instructions and development of Muslim children in North America. MCNA brings Muslim children of all backgrounds together to learn about Islam and nurtures them by conducting weekly classes which include speech and essay competition, prime time, book club, summer program, outreach activities and much more, thereby planting the seed of leadership, Islamic awareness and community involvement in these children. Appropriate for children aged 5-10 years.

Youth Muslim Junior (YMj) is an in-depth Islamic knowledge experience in an age-appropriate manner. Children 10 to 14 years of age join us to learn a wide variety of interesting topics ranging from Seerah and Ahadith to Islamic History and Muslim Scientists in a manner that is relatable to our day, age and time. The program is tailored for children aged 11-14 years; however, younger children can attend depending on the child’s maturity level and the discretion of parents/guardians.

MCNA and YMj sessions are conducted every Saturday 11:00 AM – 12:45 PM. For more information, contact Mariam Khan at
mcnabayshore@gmail.com or 631-790-9998.
