Management
MDQ’s Management is comprised of the Imam (Director of Religious Affairs), an 18-member Board of Trustees (BOT), and a Youth Director. This 18-member BOT is classified into two categories: 9-member Eldership Board (EB) and 9-member Elective Trustees (ET), which is inclusive of a 4-member Executive Committee which reports to the BOT. The Eldership Board provides strategic planning, development, governance & policy guidance while safeguarding the ideological integrity of MDQ. The Elective Trustees oversee administrative & operational affairs of MDQ. The Imam oversees MDQ’s religious affairs and provides spiritual oversight and guidance to MDQ and its community.
